Spokane’s NAACP Chapter President, Rachel Dolezal, is not a proud black woman from the hood as she had claimed to be.. She is actually a fraud of a white woman who is originally from rural area of Montana.
Dolezal, who had claimed to be of African-American descent, was outed by own her parents today, who said Rachel is white and has been misrepresenting her ethnicity for years.
